How to Delete Your Data
Sentimo is a local-first application. This means we do not store your personal financial data, transaction history, or budget goals on our cloud servers. All your data resides locally on your Android device.
Option 1: Uninstall the App
The simplest way to delete all your data is to uninstall the Sentimo application from your device. This will permanently remove the application and its local database.
- Long press the Sentimo app icon on your home screen or app drawer.
- Tap App Info or the 'i' icon.
- Tap Uninstall.
Option 2: Clear Storage
If you wish to keep the app installed but reset it to a fresh state (deleting all data):
- Go to your device Settings.
- Tap on Apps or Application Manager.
- Find and tap on Sentimo.
- Tap on Storage & Cache.
- Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data).
Note: Since we do not have a copy of your data on our servers, once you uninstall the app or clear the storage, your data cannot be recovered by us.
